How The Coaching Sessions Work

You can choose the length of your Health Coaching sessions which last for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes.

  • Coaching consists of either 6 weekly or fortnightly sessions.
  • You can also choose 12 weekly or fortnightly sessions.
  • Together you can decide on a clear set of objectives designed especially for you.
  • Between each session, you will receive tools and tasks to help you focus on your goals
  • The sessions can take place face to face, online using Zoom or by telephone.

Programme 1:

Personalised Mental Health, Stress Management, or wellbeing Plan

Work-life balance is important. The reduction of stress is vital for your health. So, what can you do to shift to a healthier life-style? Programme 2:

Personalised Healthy Eating Plan

Together will be created a nutrition-based action plan to motivate, advise and inspire you. The personalised plan is not a quick fix, crash diet. It is intended to promote wellbeing, and clarity of mind. The personalised diet and nutrition coaching or mentoring plan will be formulated according to your personal goals. As you commit to eating and drinking in a healthier way, you will have the opportunity to benefit from feeling healthier and more energised.
